We are delighted to welcome Najoua Mohib as a new member of Work Package 1 (WP1) in the HESPRI project.
Najoua Mohib is an Associate Professor in Education Sciences at the University of Strasbourg and a researcher at the LISEC (Interuniversity Laboratory of Education and Communication Sciences). Her academic expertise lies in the design and evaluation of competence development programs, with a strong focus on training and educational innovation.
She is the founder of the Master’s program in Design, Training, and Technology (CFT), which aims to train future leaders and innovators in the education sector. Her work draws inspiration from leadership theories and change management approaches, particularly those that promote the transformation of educational practices.
For more than a decade, Najoua has been committed to bridging the gap between research and practice. She has led multiple initiatives to disseminate educational research to wider audiences, including professionals, institutions, and the broader socio-economic community. Her vision is to foster a dynamic community of innovators who contribute to a more inclusive, respectful, and solidarity-driven society.
In the context of the HESPRI project, Najoua recently played a key role in facilitating a joint thematic workshop for WP1, further highlighting her collaborative spirit and dedication to the project’s development.
We are thrilled to collaborate with her and benefit from her experience and leadership as we move forward with the goals of WP1.
